This year, during our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy training, we were lucky to have Dr. Vladislav Matrenitsky among the participants. Dr. Vladislav is the founder of the Expio clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine, a center for psychotherapy, psychosomatic medicine and psychedelic medicine.

He is a medical doctor and transpersonal psychotherapist, studies which kindled his interest in working with altered states of consciousness and the medical use of psychedelics. He has also studied extensively other non-Western practices and philosophies, such as Qigong and Sufism, providing a broad and holistic view of human suffering.

Since 2018, he has been working with ketamine therapeutically with a variety of patients, especially highlighting his work with soldiers diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).  Thanks to this work, Dr. Vladislav has provided indispensable help to many veterans in recent years, in addition to very valuable research for the medicinal use of ketamine.
