Irene Pérez Méndez is a therapist, anthropologist, and certified TRE® facilitator, with over fifteen years of experience guiding personal, emotional, and bodily processes. Her approach integrates Western psychotherapeutic techniques with somatic work, mindfulness, and creativity, offering safe spaces for individuals to connect with their vulnerability and inner wisdom. She has worked in Spain and the Peruvian Amazon, where she was part of the therapeutic team at the Temple of the Way of Light, supporting individuals from over 25 nationalities. Currently, she is part of the clinical team at the Synaptica Clinic in Barcelona.
