Jacek Szczęsny

Jacek Szczęsny (born 1975 in Wroclaw/ Poland)  is a physician and trauma-informed practitioner based in Germany. After more than 20 years of medical practice, including extensive experience in hospital medicine (interventional cardiology and ICU) and primary care, he expanded his work into the fields of trauma therapy and personal transformation. He is trained in NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) and Somatic Experiencing (SE), integrating body-oriented and relational approaches in his clinical practice. His current interests focus on ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, relational healing, and the role of the therapeutic field in facilitating psychological change and integration.
