KAP Summit Scholarship Program
Expanding Access to Knowledge and Professional Development
At Clínica Synaptica, we believe that talent and motivation should not be limited by financial barriers.
For this reason, we are launching the KAP Summit Scholarship Program, designed to support individuals who wish to participate in the summit but currently have limited financial resources.
A total of 20 scholarships are available across both attendance formats.
What does the scholarship include?
Applicants may apply for one of the following scholarship options:
Option 1. Standard 3-Day Ticket
Regular Price: €550
Scholarship Price: €275
Included:
- Full access to all keynotes and activities
- Access to the summit on October 16, 17 and 18
- Three coffee breaks (one per day)
- Official Certificate of Attendance
- Post-Summit Digital Access to all streamed sessions
Please note that networking lunches are not included.
Option 2. Streaming Ticket
Regular Price: €190
Scholarship Price: €99
Included:
- Live access to all streamed sessions
- Official Certificate of Attendance
- Post-Summit Digital Access to all streamed sessions after the event
This option is especially intended for individuals who are unable to travel to Barcelona or prefer to attend remotely.
KAP Summit Scholarship Program
Young Talents
Individuals up to 30 years old with a genuine interest in the summit themes.
Students
Individuals currently enrolled in undergraduate, postgraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies.
Job Seekers
Professionals currently seeking employment opportunities.
High-Interest Profiles
Individuals with a strong motivation to participate who may be experiencing financial limitations.
A Call for Community Responsibility
We kindly ask applicants to request a scholarship only if they genuinely need financial support to attend the summit.
Scholarship places are limited. Applying for a scholarship without a real need may prevent another student or professional from accessing an opportunity that could be essential for their development.
We encourage all applicants to act with honesty and consideration for the wider community.

Response Time:
All applicants will receive a response regarding their application within a maximum of 7 days after submission.
Application Deadline
September 1, 2026
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until all scholarships have been assigned.
Selection Process
Applications will be evaluated based on:
- Motivation and interest
- Academic or professional alignment
- Financial circumstances
- Scholarship availability
Selected applicants will receive instructions to complete the registration process with the scholarship discount applied.
Scholarship Community Contribution
As part of the KAP Summit Scholarship Program, selected recipients will be invited to support the dissemination of the initiative and stay connected with the Clínica Synaptica community.
The purpose of this collaboration is to help expand access to educational opportunities and encourage other students and professionals to discover the summit.
Selected scholarship recipients will be asked to:
- Subscribe to the Clínica Synaptica newsletter.
- Share at least one Instagram Story mentioning Clínica Synaptica and KAP Summit.
- Publish one LinkedIn post sharing their participation in the summit and their interest in the field.
Official communication materials and guidelines will be provided after scholarship approval.
