Vladislav Matrenytsky

Vladislav Matrenytsky, MD, PhD

Founder and Director of the Expio Center for Psychotherapy, Psychosomatics, and Psychedelic Medicine in Ukraine. He graduated from Odessa State Medical University (Ukraine) as a general practitioner and completed postgraduate training at the Institute of Gerontology of the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.  Later he studied psychotherapy at Kyiv’s State Academy of Postgraduate Medical Education, and then was qualified as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist by the European Transpersonal Association (EUROTAS).

Dr. Matrenytsky is a pioneer in the development of psycho-oncology and ketamine-assisted therapy in Ukraine (since 2018). He is the author of the book Carcinogenic Mind: Psychosomatic Mechanisms of Cancer. He is also a co-founder of the European Transpersonal Psychology Association (ETPA), the Ukrainian Psychedelic Research Association, and the Ukrainian Association for Ketamine-Assisted Therapy
